WALKING-INSIDE/OUTSIDE
I started seriously walking again Thursday. I do not know the distance I walked Thursday but it was more than around the house.
Friday–about 20 minutes @2.2mph distance .6 mile
Saturday–about 20 minutes @2.2/2.3mph distance ?? I think .72 mile. I really can’t remember, I just know it was .1+ more than yesterday.
Questions for you—training for distance walking, is endurance more important than speed or will speed give me the endurance?
What about walking for weight loss, which is better, speed or endurance.
I probably could ask my niece, Jeni Colon, as she is at the gym almost daily.
