It is time for some folks to strip off to just strings and flaunt themselves on the beach strand and boardwalks. (Admittedly, I did this for a very few years but I was wearing more than strings.)
Many of these people diet in different ways, some even to the point of making themselves sick while others will search for the top ten diet pills. Just how does one choose the best diet pill? Some ads are very convincing, what one may say about a certain product or the trial and error method.
I told Drama last night that we would go shopping to day, she has been ready since about 9:00. Some of my grandchildren love to window shop as much as their great grand mother, my mom; for me if I can’t buy, I do not care to shop BUT a promise is a promise.
Sometimes even when I could buy, shopping was a chore, if I was looking for a specific item.
My mom and SIL would shop all day and never buy anything but lunch—that trait is not in my blood.
I have dieted several times in my life and only once did I take something that would curb my appetite. It took me about 18 months to lose 30 pounds. This weight stayed off until I quit smoking.
I wonder which diet pills are the best, but have been medically advised not to use an appetite suppressant because my thyroid gland has been removed. I probably should just increase my will power and be more careful about what I eat, thus insuring that I would be more healthy and loose weight at the same time.

Have you ever diverted an argument by replying in a calm voice? Maybe you even asked the one using a raised voice, why they were using that tone and those words. If you did this, the person probably immediately calmed down.
Fortunately, I have never been bothered with acne. How do those that are decide which is the best acne treatment, with so many choices on the retail shelves? Not only are the retail shelves filled with so many choices, but TV ads and magazine ads add to the confusion.
Then there are those ads by lawyers that say if you have been damaged by such and such, call us. How does one really know which product to use?
My buddies are more than just buddies–my grandchildren. They love me without strings attached and I do them.
Drama is spending tonight and maybe tomorrow night with me. Diva stays with me sometimes during the week and so does Country, but the others stay on the week-end. We all get along better if they stay one at the time, they compete for attention if all are here.
I guess at their young age they think like some adults I know: If I love that one then I can’t love this one. WRONG!!!
I have really not done any thing that can be called exercise since last May. I was walking almost every day, Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. It is time I get back on track! I wonder if this best pre workout supplement would help me achieve my goals faster.
My only goal was to lose some weight and make my heart and lungs stronger. I was losing weight slowly and I was feeling better. I think the weather will soon not be an issue and I can start walking again.
If my daughter did not have at LEAST one problem at all times, she would not know how to deal with life.
Along with everything else, the starter on her car messed up about a month ago and we have been sharing mine, She finally got it repaired, and the first day she drove it to college, it cut off with her at a very busy intersection and would not even turn over. She had to call a wrecker to come get it, so it is in the shop again.
Hopefully one day soon, her car will be reliable again.
I have had more problems with blackheads since my 60′s than all the years before combined. I wonder if this gizmo, blackhead remover tool, is really what I need to help solve my problem. I have seen them in some make-up departments, but have never purchased one.

Since I have had Bullett, July will be 9 years, I have only forgotten to let him in at night a very few times. I always feel so guilty when I forget him.
Tuesday night I dreamed that I had forgotten him. In the dream I got up to let him in and when I opened the back door, he was laying by the door dead. I woke my self up crying. It had rained and he was soaking wet. Yes, in the dream I felt as if I had not taken proper care of him.
During our marriage, Husband and I had 2 other dogs, the Dachshund died during a rare snow and the Terrier mix during a very rainy night and was out of her doghouse.
Is this dream a warning of what may happen, Bullett is almost 10 years old.
