While I was away over the week-end, someone noticed that I had a leak under my car. After checking all possible places for a leak to occur, it was determined that the coolant had been overfilled and that was the reason for the leak.
I am so glad that this leak did not involve the brake system as we first thought. That is an expense, I really do not care to deal with.
I am trying very hard to cut corners and reduce my expenses. I hope this continues to work for me, filling space in the toilet tank with something other than water. I bent the float rod in one plus added drink bottles filled with water. In the bathroom that has the smaller tank I just put drink bottles in it.
I hope this continues to be the trend — that my water usage will be $1.00 per day (or less) as it was last month compared to the $1.20 per day the month before.
I am not a good coupon shopper!! I either forget my coupons at home or use coupons on things that I really do not normally buy because I think it is a good deal. In my present situation, I need to learn to discipline myself and only use coupons that I need and when I clip them, put them in the coupon folder then put it in my wallet.
Home everything coupons would be a great place for me to start. I would not be tempted to clip every coupon just those that I really need for products that I do use.
