EXERCISE
I am not one to do exercise and when I do, it is usually not on a daily basis. I started walking on May 3 and have only walked 11 days as of today. My first day I walked .6 miles and today I walked 3 miles. My speed varies, but as someone said on the walking path the other day, “you are moving”.
My niece that is living in Hungary has made comments about using an elliptical. I have no clue how long she has been using it nor how often. With the many choices of ellipticals available, I am sure that she chose the one that gives the best work out in order to achieve her goal.
To me the important thing is to do the exercise that you will be most consistent and the one that will keep you motivated to do it again tomorrow or the next day.
I told my brother that I did not walk the other day because the wind was strong and I get an earache so very easy in the wind. We both decided that any excuse will do. But a note in my favor, I have gotten up before my normal time just to go walking.
