BAKING COOKIES
I have never been a baker or any type of dessert maker. I know folks that think they have not eaten if dessert is not a part of the meal. Others I know, like me, can or cannot have dessert and be quiet happy.
I have 2 high school classmates that bake and bake at Christmas time as does one of my sister-in-laws. The best part of their baking is that they share with me. One of them makes a spicy cheese cookie that is just so very good. The other one makes a Christmas fruit cake cookie. My SIL makes a delicious chocolate covered peanut butter ball. I do not have any favorite recipes for Christmas cookies. Maybe I should find one and let it become my speciality. Naah, I’ll just tell them how good their cookies are.
