EXERCISE NEEDED

I seriously need to lose about 30 pounds, never to find them again. I have a membership at a fitness center and also have a treadmill at home. If I do not apply to my advantage what is available to me now, all the treadmills within a 50 mile radius will not help me. I know the best physical exercise for weight loss is walking, but one also needs to cut the calorie and fat intake. I know all the rules, I just do not apply them.
