TENT for SHADE
Last week-end we put a tent over our air conditioner unit for the sole purpose of shading it. I have read if the air conditioning unit is shaded it will not have to work as hard, thus reducing the cost of operating. I am all about cutting expenses, so that money can be spent on fun activities. As I think I may suffer a life threatening disaster if our air conditioning compressor quit working, I want to do all I can to make sure it works very well.
That’s good to know. Our unit is in the shade but under a big ol’ pine tree. Perhaps it should be protected from that, too.
