DOESN’T FIT

It is really too bad that a mop handle doesn’t fit my hands. If the mop handles were designed to fit, I would try a microfiber mop. I bet this mop will do a super duper job of cleaning those floors. A few years back, I got on my hands and knees and cleaned my kitchen floor. Regular mopping does not really clean the little groves in the tile, so I occasionally do it this way. Oh, btw, I have mopped the floor many many times since then and hopefully will continue to do so for many years to come. It is time again to do the hands and knees mopping, maybe with the new type mop, this could be avoided.

ECONOMY

With today’s economy in such a slump, many people have more than the price of groceries and clothing to worry about.  I am thankful that I do not have to worry about foreclosure of my home. I am really glad that I am not in the group of people that have young children and wonder every month if there will be enough money to pay the mortgage. As I listen to the news, this is becoming more and more of a problem as the dollar value drops. However, I personally think that part of the problem is due to the ease of buying a home.

Time Piece

What type of watch or time piece do you wear or use? Some people will only wear a particular brand or color. I myself will only wear a white gold or sterling silver watch. Some people will only wear a watch in the form of a necklace. Some men prefer only a pocket watch. I am sure that we all can find what we like or prefer when we shop Festina watches. I will have to check those out as I have only used very inexpensive watches for the past several years.

HOT SUMMER DAYS

If the past few days are any indications as to how the summer is going to be, it can be described in one word and that word is “hot”. If I had any Hilton Head rental property, I am sure that I could rent it easily in the weeks ahead. I do not have any rental property known as vacation rental, so I will just be satisfied that I do have one house that is now rented. Time will tell how that goes.

PRISSY or DRAMA

DH went after her about 1, took her to McDonald’s and now she is suppose to be taking a nap.  We refer to this time as quiet time rather than nap time.  Some of the older children only rest rather than nap thus it is quiet time.

I was on the phone with my brother when they came in and she asked who called.  After we hung up she gave me a big hug.

I had not seen Prissy since Memorial Day and it seems as if she has grown at least 2 inches.

Children do grow up fast.
