She has assisted both of my daughters in buying their homes and one in selling her home. I do not know a lot about the transactions of the daughter who lives about 35 miles away, but the one who lives locally, I am very familiar with the situation. Brenda was constantly on the search for the housing that my daughter had said she wanted. Brenda would take us to houses that she thought were suitable, take us to houses that we thought were suitable. She never wanted to just close a deal.
