TAXES
It is really shameful the amount of taxes some have to pay. We paid in more than $13,000. in Federal alone and will probably not even get back 5000. I have done a rough draft filing, but I need DD to help me with filing the amount I made from doing ads on the internet. Thankfully, I saved during the year to pay the taxes on what I earned. I will subtract the amount due in refund after that amount is added to income from what is due in refund now. That figure will be the amount I take from savings and add to the refund, when it is deposited.
I used the above formula to determine the amount my brother and I are to split because of farm income.
I must now get my “Saturday night bath” and relax as working on those taxes was a real headache!
