YESTERDAY BUSY but
I did not get very much accomplished at Mother’s. I did not even finish packing my china. I did take almost everything from the closet that was in the bedroom that I used when a child. (That room is still referred to as my bedroom and the room my brother used is still brother’s room.) Even tho most items are out except some yarn and a small organ, items are not organized or priced. I am at the point now that I feel like I am turning in circles. I opened some of the kitchen cabinets and just closed them back. I know I cannot continue this way, I must get things done as the 15th is fast approaching and that is the date of the ‘Estate/Yard Sale’.
I did go by Whiteville, visited with an old friend for about 15 minutes, went on to the paper office and made arrangements for an ad to be put in the paper on Monday and Thursday. Then I went to Mother’s and really accomplished almost nothing, but I did not even leave from my house to go until about 12:30. Leaving her house about 4, I went to Elizabethtown and made arrangements for an ad to be in the paper there on Tuesday and Friday. This ad will appear on their website.
I woke up during the night on Monday night trying to remember if I had locked the shed where the lawnmower is kept. Very restless the rest of the night, woke when DH got up, asked him about it, he did not know. I went in the front door and straight out the back door to check the status of the shed door. I indeed had left the door closed, unlocked, with the key still in the lock. Praise the Lord! everything was still there. The lawnmowers are my brothers and I could see myself paying him for them.
The doctor’s visit went ok, I go back in 4 months. I received the lab report from another doctor and my thyroid levels are within range.
So with my health hopefully back on track, after I finish at Mother’s and get the house rented, I should really feel much better.
