Just what is a person to do? One wants to attend college and get the best degree possible, but just a 4 year degree can involve many student loans. The high cost of advanced education today can mean for some that for several years, sometimes 10 or more, they are repaying loans. This does seem unfair, but what is one to do? It is said that if one wants to succeed today they must go to college, sometimes that is much easier said than done.
I have enough collectibles to start a franchise of this or that type. I have my personal collection of Precious Moments. I have at my house collectibles belonging to my grandchildren including Cherished Teddies, This Little Piggy, Calico Kittens, Just the Right Shoe, Snow Babies, Charming Tales and Mary Moo Moos. I could probably pay off quite a few bills if I were to sell them as some of them have been retired for many years.
I surely hope that I am never diagnosed with any form of non-contained cancer, especially mesothelioma. I have been diagnosed with thyroid cancer, but it was contained within the goiter that was removed. It still unnerves me sometimes when I think about it especially since I am occasionally still have some choking sensations. Cancer is fond of my family on both maternal and paternal sides. My dad’s sister had 4 sons to reach adulthood and 3 of them died from different types of cancer.
I have been told twice today that I said something that I did not say. On the 27th of January I was told that I said something during Mother’s visitation that I know I would have never said. Maybe I should carry a small tape recorder with me and before I ever open my mouth to speak, turn it on.

If you read this post and know me, you may say that I am the pot calling the kettle black. Yes, I am in need of some serious performance management. Things have happened in the past to hurt those that I love and I am extremely upset over it. In fact, so much so that I am carrying a grudge. I know that this is not right, it is definitely not the Christian thing to do. It is also affecting my relationship with others. I have got to find within my heart a way to let the past be the past, pick up the pieces and go on.

One doll blanket finished and another started. I have to complete the round I am crocheting now and do 9 more rounds and the second doll blanket will be finished. I sure hope the little girls enjoy playing with them. But I just remembered my dear friend’s daughter married a man who has a little girl, so I guess that means one more doll blanket and then something for her grandson.
