I have never understood in the ends and outs of real estate. I would have to have some in depth explanation to understand the points, floating interest and all the jargon language associated with the real estate market. Why does the seller pay this and the buyer pay that, when it comes to more than just the asking price of the said property? I am glad that I personally know an agent.
For many years of my life I was not a coffee drink, but now am very fond of the flavor of regular coffee. DH says that I drink a little coffee with my milk and sugar, but it taste good to me. I am not much into espresso coffees, if I were, I would definitely want an Saeco. Right now, the machine we have serves my purpose well, just a cup of coffee when I want it.
