I sure am glad that tonight is not the night to attend the NCAA Tournament. I have had another tiring day in lay-a-way and definitely do not feel like traveling or being in a crowd. I bet my brother will surely enjoy the tournament and I will watch some of the games on TV, but really do not care to attend in person. Just call me old before my time. In days gone by, I would have enjoyed going to the tournament but just prefer the view from the TV now.
I sure wish I could sit down when I work in the dreaded lay-a-way department. Even sitting on bar stools with my feet dangling a few minutes every 2 hours would be better than the constant standing. Oh well, who am I kidding, only a select few can sit when a job requires standing and I am not one of those. I can daydream about sitting, maybe it will help. lol
Mother was sleeping when I visited her late yesterday afternoon. She did not even stir while I was in the room. The nurse came in and checked a place on her hand for me (not serious) and she woke up looked at us and went right back to sleep.
I did not go today. Some days I am just too tired to concentrate and be alert on a road trip.

I must remember to take my camera to the class reunion. Hopefully, I will not go unprepared and let my micro sd fill and not have a replacement. At the reunion in 1990, I was the only one taking pictures. Some one will be scanning everyone and everything and will have a DVD set (2) for only $30.00. That is not a bad price, but I do like snapshots.
My class along with anyone that ever attended the school will be having a reunion this Saturday. As of now, DH and I are planning to go. With the way things are going at work, my schedule may be changed and I have to work, I sure hope not. There were 32 graduates in my class. The reunion we had in 1990 was the last time that my class has gotten together as a single class. At that reunion only 3 female classmates came and 7 males. 3 other males were invited and came. These guys had been in our class most of our years, so it felt right to include them.

Pay up or else …
If a parent who is responsible for paying court-ordered child support fails to pay his or her due, do you think that the parent in question should be prohibited from seeing their child? Why or why not?
Having been the guardian parent in this scenario, I think that if a parent is unwilling to pay–he/she should not play. I know this is hard on the child and may seem unfair. It is also unfair to the child to need clothing, shoes, school supplies or whatever and not be able to have them or have to wait until guardian parent can re-arrange the budget, or ask some one else to pitch in and pick up the responsibility of the nonsupporting parent.
Separation of parents is always harder on the child or children involved than the adults, but living together because of the children is not good either. I heard a son, about 16 years old, know what he was saying and speak his own mind say the only problem he had with his dad leaving his mom was he was not given a chance to go with his dad. So children do know when life is full of strife and the family is not happy. They also know if said parent would pay child support, each dollar would not be pulled until it tore.
Probably only about 1 tenth of the mail that we receive daily is of any value, the rest I classify as junk mail or mail for file 13. Why do we get so much mail?? This is our spoiled dog Bullett. He is mixed with Jack Russell and Sooner (just as soon be one breed as another). He is very intelligent and obeys us very well. He stays outside during the day and in his carrier at night in the washroom. If we are home during the day and it begins to rain, we let him in to his carrier. All we have to do is open the back door, open his carrier and he never stops until he is in the carrier. We have had him since July of 2002 and he has been in the house twice, I scolded him the first time, picked him and took him to his carrier and the second time only scolded him and he quickly went to the washroom.
I think his coloring is much like that of a German Shepard. I thought maybe he was a miniature, but the vet says ‘no such breed’.
