DRYER NEEDED

A few months ago we had to replace our washer, now the dryer is doing dangerous things.  I guess it is jealous and wants to not be seen beside the new washer.  I first noticed the other day when I dried Mothers clothes that the thermostat was doing crazy things.  Monday, DH told me that when he dried his clothes that they too were so hot he could barely touch them and the dryer was very hot to the touch.  I guess it needs replacing or maybe another thermostat put in it.  I am afraid to use it until DH really has a chance to see what is wrong.

I have asked DD to do Mother’s clothes for me tomorrow.

PURPLE PIG

I did tell you in an earlier post that DD and I went to Wal-mart to get a piggy bank without succes. We were told the Dollar Tree may have one. While I checked us out the first time at Wal-mart, DD went to the Dollar Tree, they were locking the door, but allowed her in and assisted her in finding the bank.

Sunday I went to AC Moore and got the purple paint needed to make it the more official piggy bank for Alzheimer’s. Last night I painted most of it and tonight if the paint is dry, I will paint the rest of it, do some touch upand it will be ready for our walk. Check here in a few days for a picture of the famous purple pig.

FYI: the piggy has $6.00 in it with the promises of more.
