MEDICAL & CREDIT CARD BILLS
I wrote checks last night for the monthly payment on 4 of the 8 medical bills that I have. I will write the check for another one this morning and it will be ‘paid in full’. I need to call 2 of the 3 that I didn’t pay. The radiology bills are from the same place, but I have 3 different account numbers. The doctor from this facility spoke with me no more than 15 minutes the day I received the RAI and charged me $300. I think I need to ??? this charge. I also need to call the medical mall and ask that they combine my accounts there, and let me continue paying the amount that I am now paying them.
The Credit Card bills are being reduced at a nice rate. I will have another one paid off in January, if not before. Then I can concentrate on another one. The lower the balances on my cards, the easier it will be for me to justify retirement in January 2009. It sounds like a long time away, but it is only 16 months.
