MP3-PLAYERS

Saturday, July 7th, 2007

I have no desire to carry music with me at all times, could have something to do with my age. Some folks think if they do not have music almost all of the time, something is missing especially those in their teenage years. While some mp3-players offer video as well as music, the one my granddaughter has is music only. She got her player last Christmas and after opening it, was not interested in any more gifts. After opening the player all she then wanted to do was download her favorite tunes.

There are many different brands and qualities of mp3-players on the market. Some just play music, some can be used to play videos. If you are in the market for a player, testfreaks.com has information on many of the ones available. Check out the information they have, it is always good to be an informed shopper.

LOSING IT

Saturday, July 7th, 2007

I am getting forgetful!~ I spent a great deal of time on the computer last night and did not realize that I did not make a post until just now.

This is what I would have said yesterday: The pharmacy was quite busy, only one rush, but busy all day. About mid-afternoon my legs began hurting and my back too. I think the position that I stand in while counting the pills doesn’t help but I know of no other way to do. The pharmacist asked me if I would like to sit down, but I have never been able to sit down and do stand-up work.

DH came in about 4:30 and when I asked if I could help him, he said he was looking for his wife. Yes, we are silly like that. I got off at 5 and we went to Cracker Barrel and neither of us thought the food was good. In fact I did not even eat my grilled pork chop, it tasted bitter. The waiter took it off of the bill, I am glad he did, because if not, I would have had to say something at the register.

After we got home about 6:45, DH watched boring TV and I spent time on the computer, we went to bed about 10 and I lay there quite a while before I could go to sleep, awake a lot during the night. DH was snoring by the time his head hit the pillow.
