DEVIL

Not only am I tired and getting nothing done, the devil is on my back big time. I have no idea how this happened, but Mother’s clothes are not rinsing good or else I put too much detergent in the washer. Really hope it is the later. I am always careful not to put too much detergent in, but I am so very short and with the washer on the pedestal, I have to stand on my tippy toes to see the well in the dispenser could have happened. This is the second time that I am having to run them thru the rinse cycle. I really like the front loader, but I just can’t turn it to rinse. My model does not have all of the bells and whistles that some models do.

I am seeing this day down in history as not much accomplished.

HOME OFFICE

I have stated before that I would like to have space for a home office instead of having my desk squeezed in the corner of the dining room. I would like to have home office furniture that better fit my needs. I do quite a bit of writing in my home business as well as using the computer and the desk I am currently using is not spacious enough to handle my needs. Now when I write, I have to move the keyboard or turn around to the dining table which both are troublesome to me. A corner desk would solve this problem for me, but can’t have that because of the air duct. In order for one to work well, the proper equipment is needed whether it be the right desk or other office equipment.

If i lived in the UK, Saxon would deliver my home office furniture at no additional cost as shipping is included in all prices given.

UP & ABOUT

I am up, finally, and doing what has to be done.  The bed is made, Mother’s clothes are in the washer, I have taken my med, Bullett is out, but not eating yet.  I am dreading most of what I have to do today–I just want to go back to bed.  I should have known when I felt so good Sunday and had energy to spare, that I was in for a fall, because I never feel good and am always tired.

Wonder how much of what I need to do today will get done??

• Finish and fold Mother’s clothes
• take them to her and visit for a while
• give the 3 grandsons haircuts
• tidy the living room
• go over banking accounts
• go over credit card bills
• file copies I have made of email correspondence with those that I do paid blogging  (my home business)
• do some paid blogging

Doesn’t look like much, but it is already 10:30 and I move slow even when I have a little energy.  Time Will Tell.

BULLETT

is still playful, but doesn’t act just right.  Usually when I feed him in the mornings, he will eat all of his food before leaving the dish.  Yesterday and today he had food left well over into the day.  I feed him dry food so it wasn’t that it had spoiled (not that he would care) that he did not eat it.  Maybe it is just too hot for him now.  I do not remember him doing this last year but he is a year older.

He is due a yearly check-up next month (almost here) so maybe he will be okay until then.  If he acts any stranger or quits eating all together he will be in that vet’s office before he can wag his tail 3 times.

I have not moved in a very long time and hoping I never have to again. Moving can be very stressful and expensive. When DD moved here from Topeka, they rented a Penske truck and did it themselves. Had they been aware of the long distance moving companies available with Service Network, they may have opted to be moved rather than moving.

CAMERA FUN

I just did a first!! I took the XD card from my camera and looked at the pics on the computer screen. I was really surprised at how well some of them looked. Pictures that I took of Bullett turned out really well of the subject, the photography is not that good. I was going to download a couple of him and show you, but as usual, it was too much over my head. Even with DD on the phone telling me what to do I could not grasp it all.

Like I have said I am not the smartest cookie in the batch. I need instructions, in detail, written down. ex: 1-do this, 2-do that, 2a-do this and that, 3-continue with 1. Maybe one day, I will be able to do a few things other than type.

SURPRISED

DH was surprised to find me at home when he got in from work. He had planned last night what he would prepare for his supper. I had prepared for him something very different. He was going to eat simple: shell macaroni noodle and canned tomatoes, but instead Our Diner served baby dry limas, rice and fresh fried sausage. His menu may have been healthier, but mine was better.

I will have to take DD some of the beans tomorrow. She is the only one in her family that really likes them. Some of the children say they do, only to be able to come with her if I invite her over. I thought about doing just that but because she came over last night, I thought again and decided it may not be a good idea since she was here last night.

NOT GOOD

I am still choking. My voice is almost normal, but my throat is giving me a fit. I did go to work today, but left after only 2 1/2 hours. That will be a big cut in the 20 hours that I was scheduled for the week. I just did not feel like staying. Maybe be because of several things going on with me–stress, tired again, tired, stress. Do you ever have days when you think “I would have been better off just to stay in bed”? Well, today has been that kind of day for me.
