TEEN MONEY CARD
This is one of the nicest ventures imaginable for giving allowances or paying for chores to be done that are above the normal requirements. I do wish this had been available when I had a teen. The Payjr Prepaid Teen Card is a teen visa, that is used like any debit card. Money is put on the card and the teen can spend as they want or the parent allows. When the money is gone, then the teen has to stop spending until more money is added. This is one of the best ways that I have heard of to help teens prepare for the adult world in that they will learn to manage money. This card even has a chore system attached for parents who want to pay their teens for completing household tasks or to give money for special goals achieved. Parents can also see the spending activity on the card, offering guidance if need be or if further action is needed, the parents can suspend the card.
This card is a win, win system for both the teen and the parent.
This would make a great gift for the new teen when they become thirteen. What a great way to start them on a great money management course!
