THOUGHTS

I need to get up from here finish getting dressed and take Mother her clean clothes. Today I will probably take DGS #2 (Spiderman or Spidey) as he made a profound statement while we were waiting in the ER Monday night.

Spidey said to me, I want to go with you the next time you go see Grandmother. I replied that it wasn’t fun to go see her that she only slept and did not talk to us anymore. He said, “I still want to go see her, ’cause she could die any second and I want to see her”.

I have not been taking any of them unless they really beg or ask several times to go. I thought that it would be best for them not seeing their GM just lying there. When she was with me and when she first went to the facility, she would always smile at them and reach out for a hug.

His comment said to me: GM may not be able to tell me she loves me, I know she does. I love her and want to see her.

Sometimes small children can see things that we as seasoned adults can not.

I have 3 regular blog readers that are blowing my mind! I am just nosy like that and like to know who has been to visit me. My site meter tells me this: I have a very local visitor from Rocky Point, NC, one from Charlotte, NC and one from Grand Forks, ND.  The one from GF,ND has been a regular a long time.

Readers, please do not get me wrong!   I am very glad to have readers and even more glad that you think my site is worth repeat visits.  My invisible “WELCOME” sign is hanging for all that would like to stop by.
