FISHING TACKLE

As some of you may or may not know, I work for K-Mart. Each employee in our store, except the pharmacists, have been given a section to maintain. I have the fishing lures and some of the line. Not one side of the aisle but both sides. They are placed very close together which makes it tedious to keep them neat. Please tell me, why someone must remove the fishing tackle from the peg from which it is hanging and either not put it back or put it on wrong peg? Maybe because they do not have to keep it straight, you think. Just remember if you are one of these people that it is quite time consuming to keep these items straight. That would be ok, but we still have our other jobs to do.

CONFIRMATION GIFTS

In my church, we do not have confirmation classes or ceremonies. At my church, you are confirmed when you profess your belief in Jesus. Classes are available and are called ‘New Members Class. Anyone that wants can participate in this class and it is not mandatory. Several different religions do have confirmation classes and ceremonies. Sometimes confirmation gifts are needed for the individuals, I guess as a way of encouragement. My church does give Bibles to graduates from high school to help guide and encourage them along the road that is ahead.

DIET PILLS

Decisions. Decisions. Decisions. How does one choose the one that is best for their bodies metabolism and their health to get the desired results? So very many different types and brands of diet pills are available that is it mind boggling to keep the information separated so that the best one is chosen. I really think the best diet is exercise, just walking will do the job, and less food or better food. Food not better in taste but healthier.

BUSINESS CARDS

DD is the bloggingest blogger of all time, I think. She has quite a listing of blogs. Personally, most are quite interesting to me. She has 8 that she lists on one of her blogs and I know of one that is not public knowledge yet. What does this have to do with business cards? Well, the bright little lady that she is ordered business cards with her blogs listed on them. I thought that was a neat idea, now instead of looking for pen and paper when she wants to refer someone to one of her blogs, she just gives them a business card.

SLEEPING

I am sleeping better than I was at one time but still do not sleep thru the night. Maybe that will happen again one day night soon. I would ask the doctor for sleeping pills but I have the greatest fear of prescription drug addiction. I was addicted to nicotine and now think I may be addicted to food (much more than is necessary to survive). Knowing the battle of nicotine withdrawal, I do not want to face another drug withdrawal.

POWER SUPPLY

Since my surgery last May, I have had no get up and go. I have to force myself to do any physical activity, even shopping. I keep hoping my energy will return but so far it has not on a regular basis. Some days are better than others, but none with a big boost of energy. If I do have to have surgery again, maybe I should ask for a power supply repair.

ENOUGH CLOCKS

I do like a clock that is easily visible from any point in a room that I may be. I only have 3 in the living room, plus the one on the caller ID. Do you suppose I may need a grandfather clock in there, as well?  I have 3 clocks in the bedroom, 3 also in the kitchen -dining area, if I include the one on the computer. Truth be known, they all vary in time by at least a minute to 10 minutes.

DINING OUT

DH took me out tonight for supper. I have been wanting fish for quite awhile. Dumb me, I told him K&W would be fine. The fish were just not satisfying. I will get some one day soon, I hope, that will kill the hunger I have for them for a while.

After we ate, we went across the street to make final arrangements on the washer that we so desperately need. So maybe tomorrow, when I get home from work it will be in place.

Viagra was not needed for our evening out.
