SAVING MONEY

How can one save money, especially with a credit card? The best way to save is obtain 0% APR credit card for a period of time and transfer high interest balances on other cards to your new one, also making needed purchases at this rate. This will save hundreds of dollars in interest alone, plus having the benefit of getting this debt paid sooner than with the old card. Another way to save is get the fixed low interest credit cards. With this type card, one could save on purchases as well as transfers from other cards. Always compare credit cards making sure you are getting the best interest and the best card available for your needs. Never use your card for frivolous spending, unless you pay the balance each month.

YARD WORK

I really need to do some work in our yard. The flower beds have just about as many weeds as flowers. I would have to sit on a small stool to pull the weeds because arthritis is so bad in my knees that I can not stoop or squat but just a few minutes before the pain is so bad I have to get up.    I would like to plant more flowers but my dog, Bullett, would probably dig them up before they even had time to bloom. Maybe yard markers would be the solution for more yard decorations rather than live flowers.

CONDOS

I would like to have condos in several places for the sole purpose of renting. Can you imagine the green one could make just renting short term or leashing Las Vegas luxury condos? Maybe have a couple there, a few in Atlantic City or even one in Freeport, Bahama, but I probably would not make much on the one in Freeport as I would want to use it all of the time.  The weather in the Bahamas is always so nice except when a hurricane is nearly approaching or is there.

ANOTHER DIET

Yes, it seems that each day a new diet of some type is on the market. Order your meals here for an entire month, or drink this solution several times a day, or take this pill before going to bed, the list is endless. One can even try ionamin, reported to have been or being used by some of the biggest names on TV. Unless the doctor tells me a specific diet I need to be on for health reasons, the only diet I will consider is just eating correctly and smaller as well as fewer servings.

HOME FURNITURE

I would really like to have a new dwelling to make into a home. Anyone can have a dwelling or house, but not everyone can have a home. It takes extra care and maintenance from the heart to make where you live a home. I am too old to go into debt for that dream, but some new home furniture for the one I have may be a possibility. But for now, I will just window shop, make that web shop, to see what meets my fancy.

HEALTH ????s

As some of you have read and are probably tired of reading about my health problem, I cannot find answers to all of my questions. I have found a site that deals with illnesses and conditions, so I may be able to find some information here.

All types of health issues are discussed at a fairly new health site, with improvements and information being added daily. Discussing health issues such as high blood pressure, making drug detoxification easier, depression, and even skin care.

If one needs drug detox help, do not be ashamed to step forward and ask for it, after all it is your life, literally.

DNA

Have any of you ever watched those silly morning shows that always have someone on saying, ‘thus and so is my baby’s daddy’?  I have one particular show in mind, it seems that everyday it is just over-acted drama after over-acted drama.  No way would I ever get in front of millions of people and act the way some of these folks do for the sake of a paternity test.  This show has to be 75% acting, running off stage crying and carrying on and the MC of the show going after them.  Oh well, to each his own.
