ANOTHER HEALTH UPDATE

Got the bill from the hospital for the CT scan that was done there on the 19th.  It is only $3741.80.

The Pet scan was done Thursday.  I have no idea what the cost of that will be.  Probably much more than I really want to know.

My supplemental health policy thru work only pays $1500. per year for out patient care and this includes doctor visits.  Well, that amount has long been reached.  Thankfully, the surgeon is considering his OVs as follow up and therefore not charging me.

I am by nature a pessimist, but I do not have good feelings about these test results.  I will know Tuesday afternoon if all of this anxiety has been in vain.  I can only trust that it has been and if it hasn’t been, I will still trust as that is the only way I will be able to cope.

E-LEARNING

SLEEPING IN

What a joke!!!  I will start at the beginning of this little story.

My older 2 grandsons went boyscout camping this week-end and to appease the youngest I was to go get him this AM after I got up, had my coffee and such.  I wanted to sleep in until I was ready to get up.  Usually after about 8, all I do is nap anyway, but I like to get up when I am ready on my days off..  Once I wake up, my mind has a tendency to be very busy preventing me from going back to a deep sleep.

DH calls about 7:30, waking me to let me know the guy will be here in about 30 -40 minutes to look at the house and give him an estimate on  putting new siding on it.  UGH! the guy was at least an hour getting here and did not need to talk to me.  He called DH at work and told him what he needed to know.

Life goes on.

We have a Yamaha Motorcycle Dealer in the town next to us. I have always been afraid of motorcycles. I have only been bike riding twice. The second time I rode, my husband was driving, but I was still terrified. After we got home he told me that I almost made him wreck because I did not lean correctly on the curves. I told him I was afraid, he could ride any time he wanted and I would stay home or find something else to do.

SECURED LOANS

Almost everyone of age has had a loan of some type. Secured loans are probably easier to obtain than other types of loans. Secured loans are just that, one has to have collateral that is equal or more valuable than the amount of the loan. With a secured loan, the lender is provided a way to get his money if the debtor does not pay.

It is hard for me to imagine that one can fill out an application for secured loans, mortgages and remortgages on the internet. I guess a loan is only a mouse and a click away. Any Loans will be happy to assist you with any of your financial woes.

CANADIAN PHARMACIES

Many people order their medications online. Some folks order from Canadian Pharmacies because they seem to be cheaper than the pharmacy down the street. Each of the pharmacies will have the same medications, you just have to decide where is best for you.

I personally like to get my medications from the local pharmacy, I have worked with the pharmacists and feel more comfortable. If I have questions or concerns they are readily available. My brother does order his medications on line.

REAL ESTATE

I have real estate in Bladen county and Brunswick county, both of which are in North Carolina. I also have real estate in Horry county, which is in South Carolina. I do not have any Bozeman Montana Real Estate. That is too far away from my birthplace.

I understand that Montana is beautiful country, but I just do not think I would want to live there. The winters are way too cold for me. Since I tend to be a home body, I will probably never go to Bozeman unless one of my very close relatives move there and I go for a visit.

DYING

I think my computer is dying.  I really really hope not.  The washer died so we spent the new computer money on getting a new washer.  I depend on this computer to generate extra income.  Not as much as some folks have been paid, that is ok as I am not in a contest that I know, I have been paid about $900. since January.  That has helped tremendously with the credit card debt.  Maybe in the year, 2020, when I get the credit cards paid off then I can apply more to my medical bills.

LAZY DAY

I have been very lazy today.  I got up about 8:45, did nothing for a few minutes.  I then started my very busy day.LOL   I have washed 3 loads of clothes, well really it was only 2 because I redid my hose with another load and I didn’t do them my new washer did.  After the first load finished drying, I hung it up and now must put the other load in the dryer.  I have done 4 paid blogs and now have to correct one that I did a few days ago.  Also did a couple of emails, paid one bill on line.  I prepared a pot of Pinto beans to cook and now they are, so that will be supper at Our Diner tonight along with rice and slab bacon.  Clothes are now in the dryer.  I probably should get dressed and walk out to the street and get the mail from the box  I also need to tidy the LR just a bit..  But like I said this has been a lazy day for me and I have thoroughly enjoyed doing almost nothing.
