THE CROSS

These are my personal thoughts–and apparently they differ from most others but that is okay.
My DH took me jewelry shopping Christmas eve as that is what he wanted to get me for Christmas. He told the clerk that we wanted to see some necklaces. She showed us a few and then said something to the effect of “We have some beautiful cross necklaces”. I replied that “I could never wear a cross necklace because the cross had such a significant meaning to me. I just feel that it is tooooooo important to be worn as jewelry.”

I’ve never heard it put that way. It really is something to think about. Thanks!
