RAMBLINGS
First, I wish for all of you not a Happy New Year, but a Happy All Year! 
It is very rainy here today, but I am planning to go see Mother anyway. I do not like to drive in the rain. If I get there around lunchtime, I will also see my brother. I have not seen him in a month or so. When Mother was living with me, I saw him almost every week-end and I miss that. Well, not that-him.
I have put my friend’s granddaughter’s blanket down (again :() and am crocheting on Mother a short cape. It is now about 5 ” long and needs to be about 15″. I have to increase on every other round so it will take me a few days to finish it.
If I were smart enough, I could show you my handi-work. My system is old and I am not even sure is it capable of using a digital card.
I have been off work for 10 days but tomorrow I have to report at 6 AM. I have enjoyed not being on call, but my check will not be pretty like it was before Christmas when I was working about 35 hours per week. I guess as the saying goes, “I can’t have my cake and eat it too”.
I still do not think my synthroid is at the correct dosage.
