FINISHED ON TIME!!! & OTHER RAMBLINGS
Finally, I finished the cash office on schedule. This is good, especially since I was doing the accounting for Saturday’s work. Maybe, I will be able to soon finish on time everyday and solve my own problems.
Mother is still confused about my brother. I just try to tell her he is ok and at his home in said town.
The baby blanket is progressing very slow. It is only 11 inches long now.
I went Friday morning and got another bushel of those “red ripper” peas. No, I have not shelled them all yet. I probably have about 1/2 peck to shell. The shelled ones are in the frig in water. Hopefully, I can finish shelling today and get them washed and cooked. This bushel is not quite as nice as the first bushel that I got, but it is really late in the season. The man said if I wanted peas next year to call him around the first of October. I will be calling the last of September.
I use an additive in my gas tank, oil, and transmission. I drive a ‘99 Bonneville. For this fill up, (it took putting gas in at 3 different times before I actually filled up) I got 29.786 MPG. Yea, I kinda like that.
The peas need my attention and so does the baby blanket. Gotta go.
Til Next Time
